Pohak Factory does not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide a refund or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Pohak Factory is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.
